Home Water-use Audit Request Form

To promote residential water conservation and efficiency, the City of Cornwall (“the City”) is offering free water-use audits for residents who want to understand where they use water in their home and how to use less. Audits will be conducted by the St. Lawrence River Institute and will take less than one hour to complete. To be eligible for the toilet rebate, the following mandatory criteria must be met:

• The property must be in the City of Cornwall.
• The property must receive water from the municipal supply and the account must be in good standing.

Please note that only one audit will be offered per property.
